FieldFOOD final meeting Zaragoza

Final meeting of the FiedlFOOD project was held on March 15 and 16, 2018 in Zaragoza (Spain) in Bodegas Aragonesas and at the University of Zaragoza.

During the two days meeting, partners presented a summary of the main results obtained along the project that demonstrate the achievement of most of the proposed objectives and it was discussed the procedure to be follow in order to prepare the second financial and technical periodic report and the final report.

By first time, one of the SME partners, Bodegas Aragonesas hosted a meeting of FieldFOOD project. At the end of the meeting, attendants visited the winey including the place where the industrial tests were conducted during the development of the project and the location where the company is planning to install the PEF process in a next future. 

The second day of the meeting was celebrated in the meeting was celebrated in the facilities of the University of Zaragoza. During the meeting, partners had the opportunity of testing olive oil and apple juice obtained from olives and apples treated by PEF.
